Actually if you suffer from bloatedness easily u should not eat overnight food :x

Or make this nice tea I like to drink. Very refreshing

Lipton tea you infuse with lemongrass and a bit of ginger. Can add some cardamon if you like too. Add sugar to taste.

Very good to help with digestion and clearing the stomach

with my new job, i made and tabao my own bkfst (ham and cheese sandwich till i sick of it); lunch is homemade sandwich or make oatmeal or like today tabao sushi from carrfour (last nite)... drinks provided by office... i think i should be able to save more on food

so healthy. I lazy to make my own meals haha. anyway sounds like you're torturing yourself instead

actually, we're kinda spoilt for choice when it comes to food around our work area... meaning zora, pinkybear and myself...

lots of good things to eat here..

even the "western food" around my office is good..

We are really spoilt

When I changed my job, the one thing I cannot adjust is the lack of food to choose from
